At present, it is fragile for the natural resources to guarantee the sufficient supply for thesustainable development: Clusters o f population sharing small patches of arable land;freshwaterseriously shortage-suppling and heavily polluted , mineral resources shortly suppling for the economicdevelopment; ecological environment heavy destroyed. So we should be aware of the danger ofresources short-supply threatening the security of resourcesfor thesustainabledevelopment. First,thestrategy of sustainable developmentshould be carriedoutasaguidingstrategy; second,the scientificconcept of scientific development should be set up and overall implemented; third, the function ofmacroscopiccontrol should beenhanced for thegovernments; forth, aneffective resources guaranteemechanism shouldbeset upand improved; sci-tech should be innovatedandpromoted.
