于都县马安初中王凤成自1981年起,根据大语文教育观和农村中学特点,连续十年进行“读写改评、课内课外一条龙”教改实验。其特点有三:①立足农村现实,着眼教书育人,面向全体学生。每年组建一届实验班,都要摸清学生的思想、知识底细,查漏补缺。重视学生的认知差异,因材施教,异步前进。②既改教法也改学法:采取单元教法,加强思维和口述训练,抓好读写结合,用“多写、分改、善指导、巧讲评”解决多写与难改的矛盾。激之以兴,导之以情,授之以法,致力于帮助学生改进学法。他编写的《语文学法歌诀选》,已由重庆
