目前,校办产业面临诸多困难,其中资金困难最大,因而难以发展壮大。资金吃紧的主要原因大致有:(1)资金的投入产出比例严重失调。1998年我校实习工厂用于生产的资金52万元,全部投入生产配件上,产成品发出后,资金收回率很低。(2)原材料、燃料、动力费等费用价格上涨,使流动资金需求量相应地增大。(3)校办产业长时间在简单的、低水平的状态下运转,缺乏适应市场经济的能力,极大地影响了枝办产业的正常发展。
At present, the school-run industries are facing many difficulties, of which the funds are the most difficult and thus difficult to grow and develop. The main reasons for the tight funds are: (1) a serious imbalance in the proportion of input and output of funds.
