《上海房地行业部分职位薪资行情》近日由上海市房地产业人才中心正式发布。在这次《行情》汇总统计的50个职位中,90％以上职位的薪资都比去年有不同程度增长,平均增幅约8％,增长幅度最高的是总工程师,达40.4％ 21世纪上海房地产作为国民经济的重要产业,出现了勃勃生机,并逐渐成为上海新的经济增长点。至2000年底,上海已有房地产开发公司3466家,中介代理及评估公司1813家,物业管理公司2315家,各类从业人员已由5万余人增至20余万人。在第三产业中,房地产的发展速度最快,人才拥有量居领先地位,2000年比1995年增长了51.2％。从《行情》中显示,上海房地产业薪资变动主要呈以下特点:
