本文利用彩色多普勒对围产期５８例正常妊娠和６３例高危妊娠孕妇的脐动脉和子宫动脉的声像学特征进行了探讨，找出了探查两动脉主要是子宫动脉的规律：即孕中期后子宫动脉由髂外动脉内侧渐移向其外侧并与之一字交叉的特征。并通过Ａ／Ｂ比值的测定来评价胎盘功能。结果同国外学者报道一致，为预测围产期发病及预后提供了重要依据。本文认为一般心脏彩色多普勒超声完全可以同高性能彩超一样运用于围产期胎盘循环的监测，获得满意的检测效果。
