本工作在国内外首先采用结扎小白鼠双侧颈总动脉,以脑电波零电位作为判断全脑严重缺血的指标,结合结扎颈部软组织、人工控制压力,成功地复制出小白鼠全脑缺血/再灌注损伤模型,再灌后脑电波未见恢复,脑组织CPK活性显著降低(P<0.05)。病理检查:神经细胞部分水肿,部分核固缩,神经胶质局限性疏松化。本模型在脑缺血/再灌注损伤的实验研究中值得应用。
