目的 :探讨老年人大肠癌合理有效的治疗方法。方法 :回顾性分析手术治疗的 10 4例 6 0岁以上老年人大肠癌病例资料 ,并对其进行随访。结果 :所有行根治性手术治疗的病人均获得满意疗效。结论 :根治性切除仍是目前治疗老年人大肠癌行之有效的方法。
Objective: To investigate the reasonable and effective treatment for colorectal cancer in the elderly. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 104 cases of colorectal cancer patients over the age of 60 cases of surgical data, and its follow-up. Results: All patients undergoing radical surgical treatment received satisfactory results. Conclusions: Radical resection is still an effective method for the treatment of colorectal cancer in the elderly.
