马氏体合金白口铸铁是一种良好的抗磨材料。通过锰合金化生产马氏体合金白口铸铁是很有前途的技术途径。本文设计了新型Mn-Ni合金白口铁的化学成份,研究了Mn对其组织与性能的影响以及采用稀土处理改善其组织与性能的应用效果。试验结果表明,Mn-Ni合金白口铁具有较高的抗磨性,其性能接近或超过硬镍-1号水平,成本较低,具有广阔的应用前景。
Martensitic alloy white cast iron is a good anti-wear material. Production of martensitic alloy white cast iron by manganese alloying is a promising technology approach. In this paper, the chemical composition of a new type of Mn-Ni alloy white iron was designed. The effect of Mn on its microstructure and properties and the application effect of rare earth treatment to improve its microstructure and properties were studied. The test results show that the Mn-Ni alloy white iron has higher wear resistance, its performance close to or exceed the level of hard nickel-1, the cost is lower, and has broad application prospects.
