用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)及其代谢物(AFM_1)的最低水平分别为500Pg和50Pg。尿液外加AFB_1和AFM_1后的回收率均为80~85%。同时检测了玉米中AFB_1含量及肝癌高发区人群进食污染玉米后24h内尿液中AFM_1排出量。
The lowest levels of aflatoxin B_1 (AFB_1) and its metabolites (AFM_1) detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were 500 Pg and 50 Pg, respectively. The recovery of urine plus AFB_1 and AFM_1 was 80-85%. At the same time, the content of AFM_1 in urine was detected within 24 hours after the AFB_1 content in maize and the population with high incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma were contaminated with corn.
