通过对玫瑰香葡萄、雪花梨/山梨、早魁桃/毛桃、樱桃砧木Colt应用萘乙酸浸泡苗木根系12~24h的试验认为,处理后能显著增加根量,促进根的迅速生长,有利于地上部生长发育,部分树种促进了结实。适宜浓度因树种不同而异,葡萄为100mg·kg-1;梨为30mg·kg-1;桃、樱桃砧Colt为10mg·kg-1.50mg·kg-1以上浓度对桃、Colt根系有毒害作用。应用100mg·kg-1萘乙酸处理玫魂香葡萄苗木根系,不能提早发新根,反有推迟趋势,但新根生长迅速。萘乙酸处理的促根作用主要表现于消除了根的先端优势,使新根量增加并向老根的中、后部分布。
