铁道部为贯彻预防为主方针和党的劳动保护政策,在戚墅堰机车车辆工厂,召开了“七○砂”经验会议,从五月十二日开始,共开了四天会议。参加这次会议的共有135个单位,182人。除铁路系统20个铁路局、7个工厂、2个研究所外,交通部、冶金部、一机部、江苏省常州市许多兄弟企业单位也参加了这次会议,他们给会议带来了不少的好经验。国家计委、江苏省计委、常州市对这次会议很重视,都有负责同志参加了会议,同时国家计委领导同志对会议作了重要指示。
