20世纪以来,世界汽车工业发展很快,新型汽车不断问世。我国的汽车工业,自从东风牌汽车投产以来,改变了几十年一贯制的落后面貌。汽车的经济行驶速度已提高到每小时80公里,甚至100公里以上。但我国沥青公路的施工技术,还是停留在八九十年以前老的工艺基础上,筑路工艺复杂,施工困难,成本高,效率低。全国的公路状况十分落后,一般只允许汽车每小时行驶40公里左右,有的甚至仅20公里。汽车的技术经济性能得不到充分发挥,这种状况极不合理,也迫切需要公路建设予以改进。
Since the 20th century, the world’s automobile industry has developed rapidly and new types of automobiles have come out. China’s auto industry has changed its backward system for decades since its launch. The economic speed of the car has been increased to 80 kilometers per hour, or even more than 100 kilometers. However, the construction technology of China’s asphalt roads still remains on the basis of the old technology of 890 years ago. The road construction process is complicated, construction is difficult, and the cost is high and the efficiency is low. The state of the country’s roads is very backward, and it is generally only allowed to drive about 40 kilometers per hour, and some even only 20 kilometers. The technical and economic performance of automobiles cannot be fully utilized. This situation is extremely unreasonable and there is an urgent need for improvements in road construction.
