伊朗研究人员在2009年曾发表研究指出,每天喝一杯热茶,容易增加食道癌风险。而且,当茶水水温介于65~69℃时,食道癌发生风险会翻倍,一旦茶水的水温超过70℃,食道癌发生率会增加8倍。若茶水倒出后2分钟内就喝完,罹患食道癌的风险会比等4分钟后再喝上升5倍左右。而另有研究发现,喝茶时,茶水温度介于56~60℃,对健康较为有利。
Iranian researchers published a study in 2009 pointed out that drinking a cup of hot tea every day, easy to increase the risk of esophageal cancer. Moreover, when the tea water temperature between 65 ~ 69 ℃, the risk of esophageal cancer will double, once the tea water temperature exceeds 70 ℃, the incidence of esophageal cancer will increase 8 times. If the tea poured out within 2 minutes after drinking, the risk of suffering from esophageal cancer than after 4 minutes and then drink about 5 times more. Another study found that tea, tea temperature between 56 ~ 60 ℃, more favorable to health.
