为了解决目前煤矿井下人员考勤及定位的唯一性和准确性,并根据煤矿电子产品设计规范的统一性要求,介绍了一种矿用唯一性检测门设计流程。包括产品的基本构成,各零件的参数化建模,各零件的数字化装配,机加工出图,承受力分析等,并完成产品效果图渲染,进一步验证CAD软件及渲染软件应用于煤矿电子产品的可行性。
In order to solve the uniqueness and accuracy of attendance and location of coal miners at present, and according to the requirements of the unified design code of coal mine electronic products, a design flow of mine uniqueness detection gate was introduced. Including the basic composition of the product, the parametric modeling of each part, the digitized assembly of each part, machining drawing, bearing capacity analysis and so on, completes the rendering of the renderings of the products and further verifies that CAD software and rendering software are applied to the coal mine electronic products feasibility.
