通过对11个普通钢筋混凝土(RC)梁试件及4个部分预应力混凝土(PPC)梁试件采用U形钢板箍加固的抗剪试验和数值分析,研究不同损伤程度、剪跨比、配箍率、钢板箍间距、预应力水平、钢板厚度等因素对粘钢加固混凝土梁受剪性能的影响。结果表明:采用U形钢板箍对RC梁进行抗剪加固能够有效抑制斜裂缝的开展,提高加固梁斜截面受剪承载能力,并改善梁的延性;采用相同粘钢量对PPC梁抗剪加固的效果不如RC梁明显,受剪承载力提高幅度较RC梁小;梁损伤后加固,箍筋及钢板箍的屈服荷载有所下降,剪跨比较大的梁抗剪加固效果更为明显;有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合良好;在进行抗剪加固设计时,应对钢板箍强度进行有效折减。
Through the shear tests and numerical analysis of 11 ordinary RC beams and 4 PPC beams using U-shaped steel plate hoops, the effects of different damage degree, shear span ratio, Hoop rate, spacing of steel hoops, prestressing force, thickness of steel plate and other factors on shearing performance of RC beams strengthened with bonded steel. The results show that shear strengthening of RC beams with U-shaped steel hoops can effectively suppress the development of oblique cracks, improve the shear bearing capacity of inclined beams and improve the ductility of the beams. Using the same amount of steel, Is less effective than RC beams and the shear strength is smaller than that of RC beams. After beam damage, the yield stress of stirrups and steel hoops is decreased, and the shear reinforcement with larger shear span is more obvious. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. During the shear reinforcement design, the strength of the steel hoop should be effectively reduced.
