新型过油管防喷器的密封特性和寿命取决于胶芯,而胶芯的寿命主要受胶芯接触应力和温度效应的影响.以SolidWorks软件为平台,建立了过油管防喷器的有限元模型,计算了密封胶芯在封井条件下带压起下油管时的胶芯接触压力,得到了胶芯密封面的接触压力分布呈“驼峰”状,即接触压力在圆柱接触面的两端较低,中间区域较大.结果表明:在接触压力作用下,胶芯呈现非线性特征,并且其密封性能随着控制压力的增大而增大,在一定程度达到极限;若继续增大,将影响胶芯的密封性能,在控制压力为17.1MPa时,胶芯密封效果最好.
