现代人的时间成本、交通成本日益增加,不要说加班,就是正常下班,等冲出“堵”海,到家时已经筋疲力尽,饥饿无力,不可能再精雕细琢美味饭菜了。其实,每天计划好,快捷、营养、可口的饭菜还是可以做到的。上班族的营养餐要包含三个要素:1.原材料经济易得;2.色香味营养俱全,不能是白水煮面条、汤泡饭这种没营养的饭菜;3.要快捷、省事儿。
