采用与航空出行总费用对比的方法,研究长距离客运专线列车票价制订问题。旅客选择出行方式的依据是所花费的广义费用最小,给出广义费用的计算方法。以航空出行总费用为标准,推导出长距离客运专线列车票价计算公式。以京广客运专线为例,分别计算夕发朝至、朝发夕至列车的参考票价范围。计算结果表明:以航空出行不住宿时总费用为标准,夕发朝至、朝发夕至列车的票价范围分别为1 193~1 962元、1 022~1 791元;以航空出行住宿时的总费用为标准,夕发朝至、朝发夕至列车的票价范围分别为1 343~2 212元、1 172~2 041元;夕发朝至列车比朝发夕至列车的定价空间高10%;夕发朝至列车单位价格范围可达到目前动车组的1.5~2.8倍。
The method of comparing with the total cost of air travel is used to study the issue of train fare setting for long distance passenger dedicated line.
