研究了生长调节剂、浓度、扦插基质、扦插时期对苹果砧木绿枝扦插生根的影响。结果表明:在参试品种中辽砧2号扦插愈伤组织形成时间短、生根率高,扦插效果较好;扎矮76和77-34扦插效果较差;SH-40扦插效果最差。在5种生长素处理中,IBA 1 000 mg/L+NAA 100 mg/L浸泡30秒的生根效果高于单一浓度处理,生根株率达到50%。用珍珠岩+草炭+蛭石作基质的生根效果最好。苹果绿枝扦插4月下旬至6月上旬生根效果较好,9月其次,高温多湿季节生根效果较差。
The effects of growth regulators, concentration, cutting matrix and cutting period on the rooting of green shoots of apple rootstocks were studied. The results showed that the callus formation of Liaozus No.2 cuttings was short, the rooting rate was high, and the cutting effect was better. The cuttings of Zhanzai 76 and 77-34 were poor, and the cutting effect of SH-40 was the worst.
