基于互利互惠、科学公平和激励惩罚并济的原则,以基本利益分配模型Shapley值法为基础,综合权衡建设项目各参与方利益分配的影响因素,用粗糙集法确定各参与方风险权重以及各分配因素权重,对基本利益分配模型进行补充修正,建立一个全面的、可行的利益分配模型。通过实例验证该模型对于各参与方利益分配的有效性,使各方利益都实现最大化,充分调动各参与方积极性,推动BIM的发展应用,进而促进安全文化建设。
Based on the principle of mutual benefit, scientific fairness and incentive and punishment, and based on the Shapley value method of the basic profit distribution model, we comprehensively weigh the influencing factors of the profit distribution of all participants in the construction project, determine the risk weight of each participant by using the rough set method, Distribute the weights of the factors and make supplementary amendments to the model of the distribution of basic benefits so as to establish a comprehensive and feasible profit distribution model. Through the example, this model is validated to verify the effectiveness of the model for the distribution of benefits among all participants, maximize the benefits of all parties, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all participants, promote the development and application of BIM, and promote the safety culture.
