The reality that English has become an international lingua franca has, in a certain sense, realized the dream of the British Empire. The newspapers and magazines that originated in the United Kingdom have gradually formed the news industry model that has affected the present. In 1998, Britain formally proposed the concept of “creative industry”, which surpassed its established financial industry and jumped into a new type of economic growth point with a strong upward trend. At a time when digital technology has become dominant, the BBC is a symbol of the British Modern Media City, which is heavily invested and built on the banks of the canals of Manchester (see “The Digital Campus of the University of Salford” Article related information). As many countries interpret the “Talent Show” produced in the United Kingdom, Britain embarked on a plan that has the world dominated by the entertainment industry with steps and rules. How to enhance people’s cultural awareness, self-confidence and self-esteem, how to act according to the law of culture so that the culture can really reach the goal of gaining popularity and reaching people’s hearts and educating the world?
