持续地、扎扎实实地、高速度地发展我国社会主义经济,是全国人民的强烈愿望和迫切要求。唯有高速度,才能迅速改变我国经济的落后面貌,显示出社会主义制度的优越性,保证人民的物质文化生活不断得到改善。然而,在三十年的社会主义建设过程中,尽管全国人民付出了艰苦的努力,却没有实现持续高速度,国民经济的发展起伏很大。当前,在贯彻党中央提出的“调整,改革,整顿,提高”方针中,探讨经济结构和经济发展速度之间的关系,不论在理论上,还是在实践上都是必要的。 Continuing to develop our socialist economy in a down-to-earth manner at a high speed is the strong desire and urgent demand of the people throughout the country.
