登革病毒(Dengue virus,DENV)是一种严重威胁我国南方地区公众健康的虫媒病毒,无特异性的治疗方法和疫苗。单纯的登革病毒结构蛋白疫苗不能诱导针对四种血清型DENV的均衡、持久的保护性免疫,可能需要非结构蛋白成分。DENV非结构蛋白1(Non-structural 1protein,NS1)在登革病毒致病和保护性机制中具有重要的作用,该蛋白诱导的免疫可能在防治登革疾病中具有重要的作用。本文就DENV NS1结构及功能的研究进展作一综述。
Dengue virus (DENV) is a non-specific treatment and vaccine against arboviruses that seriously threaten the public health in southern China. Simple dengue virus structural protein vaccines can not induce a balanced, long lasting protective immunity against four serotypes of DENV, and may require non-structural protein components. DENV Non-structural 1 protein (NS1) plays an important role in the pathogenic and protective mechanisms of dengue virus. The immune induced by this protein may play an important role in the prevention and treatment of dengue diseases. This review summarizes the research progress on the structure and function of DENV NS1.
