目的概述上海市蚊种构成、分布及病原体携带情况,为当地制定蚊虫及蚊媒病防制方案提供科学依据。方法收集近20年(1993-2013年)来上海市的蚊媒相关文献资料,提取文献信息,概述上海市不同调查点的蚊种构成、分布及病原体携带情况。结果中华按蚊、白纹伊蚊、三带喙库蚊、淡色库蚊、骚扰阿蚊是上海市最常见蚊种。发现机场、口岸的蚊种多样性显著高于其他非口岸地区。上海市蚊虫中存在流行性乙型脑炎病毒Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型共同流行。结论机场、口岸是蚊虫入侵的主要窗口。上海本地存在大量适宜媒介,存在潜在的登革热病毒、西尼罗热病毒传播风险,应加强蚊虫及其携带病原体调查和监测。
Objective To summarize the structure, distribution and pathogen carriage of mosquito in Shanghai, and provide a scientific basis for the local formulation of mosquito and mosquito vector control programs. Methods Collect mosquito-related literature from Shanghai for nearly 20 years (1993-2013), extract the literature information, and summarize the mosquito species composition, distribution and pathogens in different survey sites in Shanghai. Results Anopheles sinensis, Aedes albopictus, Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Culex pipiens pallens, mosquitoes were the most common mosquito species in Shanghai. Found that the airport, port mosquito diversity was significantly higher than other non-port areas. Shanghai mosquitoes exist in the epidemic of Japanese encephalitis type Ⅰ and Ⅲ common pandemic. Conclusion Airport, port is the main window of mosquito invasion. There are a large number of suitable local media in Shanghai, there is a potential dengue virus, the risk of spreading West Nile fever virus, mosquitoes and their carriers should be strengthened investigation and monitoring of pathogens.
