经鼻道行上颌窦穿刺术(传统方法),是诊断和治疗上颌窦疾病的有效方法。但其应用范围有一定的局限性,在农村如无专科医生及诊治设备,则难于进行。我科自1984年以来采用经鼻道、尖牙窝两个进路行上颌窦穿刺术各30例,前者失败3例,成功率为90%,后者全部成功。现将经尖牙窝行上颌窦穿刺的方法介绍如下。
Transnasal maxillary sinus puncture (the traditional method), is an effective method of diagnosis and treatment of maxillary sinus diseases. However, its scope of application has its own limitations. In the rural areas, if there is no specialist doctor and diagnosis and treatment equipment, it is difficult to carry out. Since 1984, our department has adopted the nasal approach, canine fossa two approach maxillary sinus puncture in 30 cases, the former failed in 3 cases, the success rate was 90%, the latter all successful. The tip of the maxillary sinus puncture method is introduced below.
