本研究采用问卷调查法和个案访谈法对四川省绵阳市的380名社区居民进行问卷调查,对社区居民参与健美操的情况进行研究,同时对四川省某地级市的300名社区居民进行问卷调查和实地走访,对比分析不同经济水平地区的健美操参与者的行为方式差异。研究结果表明经济水平较好的地区的社区居民参与社区健美操的频率较高,经济水平较低的地区居民参与频率较低;其次,在参与目的方面,经济较发达地区的居民主要以健身为主,而经济水平处于次位的地区居民主要以娱乐性为主。
In this study, we surveyed 380 community residents in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province by questionnaire survey and case interview method, studied the participation of community residents in aerobics, and conducted a questionnaire survey on 300 community residents in a prefecture-level city in Sichuan Province Survey and field visits, comparative analysis of different economic levels of aerobics participants differences in behavior patterns. The results show that community residents in regions with better economy have a higher frequency of participation in community aerobics and residents in regions with lower levels of economy have a lower participation frequency. Secondly, in terms of participation, residents in more economically developed regions mainly use fitness as Lord, while the economy in the second place mainly in the main entertainment-based residents.
