目的 观察氟化泡沫糖预防龋齿的临床效果。方法 采用美国产品含氟化凝胶对 5 3例儿童的牙齿进行防龋处理。其中男 2 6例 (占 49 0 5 % )女 2 7例 (占 5 0 95 % )。每次利用一次性泡沫塑料托盘 ,将内置含氟化防龋泡沫糖分别放在上下颌牙列 ,咬含 4min ,每 6个月重复 1次。每次就诊检查牙齿发病情况。结果 经 2年多的随访观察 ,5 3例儿童中仅有 2例出现新生龋 (共 4个牙 ) ,仅占总数的 3 8%。有 5 1例 (占 96 2 % )的病例未发生新生龋 ,原有龋齿牙也未明显加重。结论 此种氟化泡沫糖安全无害 ,价廉方便 ,味道香甜 ,在口内存留时间短暂 ,儿童易于接受 ,可达到非常满意的防龋效果
Objective To observe the clinical effect of fluorinated foam sugar in preventing dental caries. Methods Fluoride-containing gels of American products were used to treat teeth of 53 children. There were 26 males (49 0 5%) and 27 females (50 95%) of them. Each use of disposable plastic foam tray, the built-in fluoridation of caries-bearing foam sugar on the lower jaw dentition, bite containing 4min, every 6 months to repeat 1 times. Each visit to check the incidence of dental disease. Results After 2 years of follow-up, only 2 of 53 children had newborn caries (total 4 teeth), accounting for only 38% of the total. There were 51 cases (96.2%) of the cases of neonatal caries did not occur, the original tooth decay had no significant increase. Conclusion This fluorinated foam sugar safe, inexpensive, sweet taste, short stay in the mouth, easy to accept children, can achieve very satisfactory anti-caries effect
