为了解本地区产科工作现状,找出存在的问题,提出改进措施,进一步提高住院分娩率,降低孕产妇及围产儿死亡率,我们对全区8县1市(县级)的产科质量进行了调查,为今后制定有关政策提供了初步依据。1 资料与方法1·1 资料来源 云南省卫生厅《关于开展产科质量调查的通知》,内容包括:(1)产科机构数、床位数、分娩及剖宫产数;(2)专业医护人员数及技术职称及学历;(3)产科现有设备;(4)孕产妇及围产儿死亡率;(5)产科母婴并发症发生率。
To understand the current status of obstetrical work in the region, identify existing problems, propose improvement measures, further improve hospital delivery rates, and reduce the maternal and perinatal mortality rate, we conducted quality obstetrics for 8 counties and 1 city (county) in the region. The investigation provides a preliminary basis for formulating relevant policies in the future. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Sources of information The “Notice of conducting obstetric quality surveys” of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Health includes: (1) number of obstetric institutions, number of beds, births, and number of cesarean section; (2) number of professional medical staff And technical titles and academic qualifications; (3) existing obstetric equipment; (4) maternal and perinatal mortality; (5) obstetric maternal complications.
