冷冻对肿瘤细胞的破坏作用比正常细胞要大。Zacarian在1970年首先报告过用冷冻治疗眼睑肿瘤。我们用液氮冷冻治疗眼前部良性和恶性肿瘤100余例。现仅将12例恶性肿瘤临床观察及其病理改变报告如下:
Frozen on the destruction of tumor cells to be larger than normal cells. Zacarian first reported in 1970 the treatment of eyelid tumors with cryotherapy. We use liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for benign and malignant tumors in front of more than 100 cases.
