目的了解襄樊市低年级小学生智力发育情况,研究影响智力的主要环境因素,探索积极有效的早期智力开发策略。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,测量襄樊城区及所辖市县1、2、3年级760名小学生智商;自编问卷调查智力相关影响因素,并进行非条件Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示16项因素差异有统计学意义,再经多因素回归分析,早期教育、父母文化程度、父母职业、3岁前营养、独生子女、母亲孕龄、学习成绩、婴儿期喂养方式、当前体重等11项因素作为重要变量进入了回归模型。结论儿童智力发育受遗传因素和环境因素双重影响,而良好的后天环境因素有利于促进儿童智力的发育,提升其智力水平。
Objective To understand the mental development of low grade pupils in Xiangfan, study the main environmental factors affecting intelligence and explore the positive and effective early intelligence development strategies. Methods The stratified cluster random sampling method was used to measure the IQ of 760 primary school students in grades 1, 2 and 3 in cities and counties in Xiangfan City. The influencing factors of mental health were surveyed by questionnaire survey and non-conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results The univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences among the 16 factors. After multiple factors regression analysis, early education, parental education, parental occupation, nutrition before 3 years old, only child, gestational age, academic record, infant feeding , Current weight and other 11 factors entered the regression model as an important variable. Conclusion The mental development of children is affected by both genetic and environmental factors, and good acquired environmental factors are conducive to promoting children’s mental development and enhancing their intelligence.
