在管理活动的过程中,沟通的好坏起到了决定性的作用。在当下的图书馆管理工作当中,如何充分调动员工的工作积极性和工作热情是非常具有挑战的,有效地沟通和管理可以使组织更加的有活力、更加的健康。通过在企业界所做的各种调查研究中发现,沟通满意感与组织承诺、工作满意度等有着不可分割的联系。本文主要针对我国图书馆内部管理沟通为研究对象,意在发现其中存在的不足和问题,对我国目前的图书馆管理沟通工作进行多维度的探究和考察。
In the management of the process, the quality of communication played a decisive role. In the current library management, how to fully mobilize staff enthusiasm for work and enthusiasm is very challenging, effective communication and management can make the organization more viable and healthier. Through various surveys and studies conducted in the business community, it has been found that there is an inseparable connection between the sense of satisfaction with communication, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. This article mainly aims at the internal management and communication of the library in our country as the research object, aiming at discovering the existing problems and problems, and exploring and inspecting the current library management communication in our country.
