由于《东方丛刊》上时有老师、朋友、师弟、同事的大作,我才有缘与它相识。读了该刊的1992年第1至第4辑,收益颇丰,深感该刊很值得向学术界同行们介绍。可以说,《东方丛刊》在中华大地的哲学社会科学园地里,独树一帜,异彩纷呈。《东方丛刊》创刊伊始,就旗帜鲜明地告白刊物的宗旨:在东方这个定义下,将它办成一个研究东方文化机制、东方美学、东方文艺理论、东方文学、中国与外国及东方与西方比较研究的丛刊(见该刊主编梁潮第1辑上的代序《国内东方文艺、美学研究所面临的重要问题以及本丛刊的研究方向》)。从1992年所出的4辑刊物来看,这一宗旨是已经付诸实践了。这
