针对现有煤矿多条带式输送机没有现场总线通信功能的问题,提出了基于现场总线的两级带式输送机电控系统设计方案。通过PLC编程实现了故障保护,利用CC-Link总线技术实现了主站和从站之间的数据共享和联合控制,编写了触摸屏程序,实现了实时监控。实际应用表明,该系统保障了煤矿的生产安全,提高了煤矿运输设备的自动化水平。
In view of the fact that there is no field bus communication function in the existing coal mine belt conveyors, a design scheme of electric control system based on field bus for two-stage belt conveyors is proposed. Fault protection is realized through PLC programming. Data sharing and joint control between the master station and the slave station are realized by using the CC-Link bus technology. A touch-screen program is programmed and the real-time monitoring is realized. Practical application shows that the system ensures the safety of coal mines and improves the automation level of coal transportation equipment.
