随着时光的飞逝,自己踏上讲台已经整整十一年了,且做了十一年的班主任。整整十一年的时间里,虽然对班主任的工作看过、听过、想过、做过,也尝试过自己有新的理解,但感觉还没有达到一定的高度。尤其在新的形势下,班主任面临着许多新情况和新问题,只凭老经验是远远不够的。要使班主任工作上一个新台阶、达到一个新水平,就必须从经验型转向科研型、从随意性转向规范性、从零散性转向系统性、从盲目性转向科学性。那如何做一个新时期的生命型班主任呢?
