目的探讨标准溶液何时重新配制较为适宜的问题。方法利用铬酸钡比色法验证改变硫酸盐标准溶液的浓度,对标准曲线相关系数r值的影响。结果浓度的变化使得两个轴上的读数误差增大,但这些误差却能从相关系数r值中表现出来。结论当相关系数的r值不合格应找出原因,排除其他原因后仍不能使相关系数的绝对值r≥0.999时,因考虑重配标准溶液。
Objective To investigate when it is more appropriate to re-formulate the standard solution. Methods The barium chromate colorimetric method was used to verify the effect of changing the concentration of sulfate standard solution on the r value of the standard curve. As a result of the change in concentration, the reading errors on both axes are increased, but these errors can be shown by the value of the correlation coefficient r. Conclusion When the r coefficient of correlation coefficient failed to find out the reasons to exclude other reasons still can not make the absolute value of the correlation coefficient r ≥ 0.99, consider the reassignment of the standard solution.
