企业文化的理论是七十年代末由西方学者、尤其是美国学者作为一种新的管理理论提出来的。这一理论很快就被各国的企业界和理论界的重视并接受。当今,许多发达的国家十分重视对企业文化的研究和实践,西方学者著书立说提出种种理论,使企业文化从实践上升为理论,又在理论的指导下进行新的探索和实践。近年来,伴随着改革开放的步伐,企业文化的理论探讨和企业文化的建设实践在我国悄然兴起又蔚然成风。党中央把加强企业文化建设正式写进《中共中央关于社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,在充分说明企业文化建设已经在我国社会政治、经济、文化领域占有重要地位。为了推动和促进我国的企业文化的发展,建设有中国特色的企业文化,本刊这一期刊载了天津轮船实业开发股份有限公司的一组文章,以引起大家对企业文化的关注。
The theory of corporate culture was put forward by Western scholars, especially American scholars, as a new management theory in the late seventies.
