教学反思是指教师在实践中对自我行为表现及行为依据进行“异位”解析和修正,进而不断提高自身教育教学效能和素养的过程。近年来,已有许多研究者把教学反思理论应用到教师的课堂教学领域,获得了较好的教学成效。本文试图以音乐教学活动研究为切入点,通过解读、比较两位教师在音乐活动后的教学反思,阐述教师教学反思水平的差异,并尝试分析反思水平与教学水平之间的关系。
Teaching reflection refers to the teacher in practice on the behavior of self-behavior and conduct “ectopic” analysis and correction, and thus continue to improve their own teaching effectiveness and education process. In recent years, many researchers have applied the theory of teaching reflexology to classroom teaching of teachers and obtained good teaching results. This article attempts to study the music teaching activities as an entry point, through reading, comparing two teachers in teaching music after reflection, elaborating the difference of teachers’ teaching reflection level, and trying to analyze the relationship between reflection level and teaching level.
