通过M1935.56mm弹丸及自由落体式撞击载荷对狗腹部致伤,采用微型压力传感器测量了动物循环系统主干血管内血流压力的变化过程。实践结果表明:在两种致伤因素作用下。主干血管内血流压力均有显著的升高,但高速枪弹伤所致血流压力的变化更为显著,表现为变化频率快、峰值高、上升时间短;分析和比较了在两种致伤因素作用下血流压力波产生的动力学机理及其对心脏损伤的作用及程度。
Through the M1935.56mm projectile and the free-falling impact load on the abdomen of dogs, micro-pressure sensor was used to measure the changes of blood flow pressure in the trunk of animal circulatory system. Practice shows that: under the effect of two kinds of injury factors. The pressure of blood flow in the trunk was significantly increased, but the changes of blood pressure in the gunshot wound caused by the high-speed gunshot wound were more obvious.
