In order to find out the occurrence of stress fractures (SF) of recruits in our army and provide the basis for the study of the injury factors and interventions, the author came to two stages of the prospective study to conclude that the basic training The incidence of SF during the period was 34% or 12 person-times / (100 person-months). The highest incidence of infantry units (39.2%), artillery units (23.5%) and service units (12.7%). The unit distribution of SF is directly proportional to the actual training intensity of each unit. The distribution of SF time is different in the two years and varies with the training plan. SF can be seen in the lower extremity bone, with the tibia the most common (70.9%).
