脑干肿瘤是发生在中脑、桥脑、延髓甚至全脑干的肿瘤,运用现代微创技术,手术是治疗脑干肿瘤最直接、最有效的方法,脑干手术难度大,手术具有挑战性,只有充分掌握临床知识,选择最佳手术入路、不同性质肿瘤应采取不同取瘤顺序,以及显微镜下细心轻柔操作也是取得良好治疗效果的保障。现综述近年脑干肿瘤的手术适应症、手术入路以及手术治疗与非手术治疗的研究现状。
