分析了流体惯性力对挤压油膜阻尼器转子系统观稳态特性的影响结果表明:流体惯性力有助于提高挤压油膜阻尼器的减振效果,随着雷诺数的增大,挤压油膜阻尼器的减振效果越来越好;流体惯性力有助于防止转子系统权稳态跳跃现象的发生,且流体惯性力越大,效果越显著;随着流体惯性力的过份增大,会在响应曲线中激起二阶峰值,对转子跨中变形影响尤为突出因此,在设计、分析计算挤压油膜阻尼器转子系统稳态响应特性时,应考虑阻尼器中流体惯性力的影响.
The influence of fluid inertial force on the steady state characteristics of the squeeze film damper rotor system is analyzed. The results show that the fluid inertial force can improve the damping effect of the squeeze film damper. As the Reynolds number increases, The damping effect of dampers is getting better and better; the inertial force of the fluid helps to prevent the steady-state hopping phenomenon of the rotor system, and the greater the inertial force of the fluid, the more remarkable the effect; as the inertia force of the fluid increases excessively, The second-order peak will be induced in the response curve, which will affect the mid-span deformation of the rotor especially. Therefore, when designing and analyzing the steady-state response of the squeeze film damper rotor system, the influence of the fluid inertial force in the damper should be considered.
