近年来,中国劳动力市场供求态势发生了重要转变。一方面,由于持续的经济增长产生了旺盛的劳动力需求;另一方面,人口转变对劳动力市场的影响开始显现。因此,中国劳动力市场上劳动力无限供给的时代趋于结束。从劳动力市场的运行情况看,市场机制日益完善,劳动力市场环境有所改善,劳动力市场的一体化程度也在逐步提高。但由于劳动力市场转折是长期趋势的开始,因此,需要从劳动参与、人力资本积累和劳动力市场发育等方面,积极应对劳动力市场出现的新变化。
