“能岗匹配”是实现组织价值最大化的人才评价理念,本文探讨了符合我国领导人才特点的综合评价体系的构建,分析领导人才评价领域中常用方法和手段所存在的问题,并从实践的角度尝试对这些问题提出解决策略。
