为认真贯彻《中共中央国务院关于切实做好国有企业下岗职工基本生活保障和再就业工作的通知》(中发[1998]10号)及劳动保障部、国家经贸委等六部委《关于加强国有企业下岗职工管理和再就业服务中心建设有关问题的通知》(劳社部发[1998]8号)精神,落实《“三年千万”再就业培训计划》,劳动和社会保障部培训就业司最近下发《关于进一步做好远程再就业培训工作的通知》,指出:
In order to conscientiously implement the “Notice of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Realizing Basic Livelihood Protection and Reemployment for Laid-off Workers in State-owned Enterprises” (Zhong Fa [1998] No. 10) and six ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the State Economic and Trade Commission, Laid-off workers management and reemployment service center construction-related issues “(Laoshebufa [1998] No. 8), implement the” three years ten million “reemployment training plan, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security Training and Employment Division recently Issued a ”Notice on Further Doing Training in Distance Reemployment", pointing out:
