目的:观察炮兵防噪-通话耳罩对爆震性声创伤的防护效果。方法:将炮阵地官兵381例随机分为对照组183例和观察组198例。观察组佩戴防噪-通话耳罩,对照组不佩戴。两组在实弹射击前、后均经耳鼻咽喉专科医师详细询问病史,进行外耳道、鼓膜等专科检查,并填写听力情况调查表。听力情况调查表主要包括实弹射击前、后自觉症状及专科检查情况等,对主诉听力下降者采用丹麦AS 272纯音听力计,纯音测听检查在实弹射击前和射击后24 h进行。结果:观察组实弹射击后24 h听阈提高30例,对照组57例,两组比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:炮兵防噪-通话耳罩对炮兵实弹射击爆震性声创伤的发生具有防护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of artillery anti-noise-call earmuffs on detonation acoustic trauma. Methods: 381 officers and soldiers at gun position were randomly divided into control group (183 cases) and observation group (198 cases). Observation group wearing noise-resistant earphone, the control group did not wear. Before and after the live fire, the two groups were asked by the otolaryngology specialist medical history in detail, external auditory canal, tympanic membrane and other specialist examination, and fill in the hearing conditions questionnaire. Hearing test questionnaire mainly includes the live symptoms before and after the shooting and specialist examination conditions, etc., the main complaint of hearing loss using the Danish AS 272 pure tone audiometer, pure tone audiometry before live fire and 24 h after shooting. Results: In the observation group, the threshold of hearing threshold increased by 24 hours after the live fire was observed in 30 cases and that in the control group was 57 cases. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: Artillery anti-noise-talking earmuffs have a protective effect on the occurrence of detonating acoustic trauma by artillery projectiles.
