While China’s foreign trade continues to develop, some trade frictions are constantly occurring. The obvious one is the use of anti-dumping measures to exclude China’s exports. It is a trade protection measure adopted by the World Trade Organization. When a product is priced below its “normal value” (cost of production) exports, it is treated as dumping and the importer can impose anti-dumping duties. Recently, with the rise of foreign trade protectionism, anti-dumping is often used as an excuse to restrict Chinese products from entering the international market. Since 1979, China’s export of saccharin in the EC encountered the first anti-dumping investigation since 1995, China’s exports in foreign anti-dumping investigations have been more than 200. Into the 90’s, foreign anti-dumping allegations against me sharply increased, only 37 cases occurred in 1993 alone. Among all the anti-dumping cases, the United States has the most serious anti-dumping cases against China from July 1980 to 1994
