近几年来,四川省纺织行业坚持向上海学习,取得了显著的效果。例如重庆棉纺二厂,在上海棉纺九厂等单位的帮助下,进行了工艺、设备、运输、管理等方面的250项改进,整修设备602台,使粘棉、粘胶纺织品入库一等率由10%提高到80%以上,棉纱单产超过一档水平。实践证明,学习上海的先进技术和先进经验,是挖掘我国现有企业的潜力,提高经济利益,加快四化建设的一条重要途径。今年年初,四川省纺织行业为了加快市场适销对路产品的生产,发展花色品种,提高产品质量,更好地满足人民生活需要,进一步开展了学上海的活动。他们的做法有以下几个特点:
In recent years, Sichuan’s textile industry has insisted on studying in Shanghai and has achieved remarkable results.
