目的建立测定枸橼酸钾颗粒中钾含量的原子吸收分光光度法。方法通过考察消电离剂氯化锶的作用及加入量,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定枸橼酸钾颗粒中的钾含量。结果钾在0~1.3 mg/L范围内浓度与吸光度线性方程为A=0.229 40C-0.000 3,相关系数为0.999 8(n=4),特征浓度为0.019 mg/L,回收率在99.1%~101.4%之间,RSD为0.8%(n=9)。结论该方法可以准确测定枸橼酸钾颗粒中的钾含量,且操作简便。
Objective To establish an atomic absorption spectrophotometric method for the determination of potassium in potassium citrate granules. Methods The effect of deionized strontium chloride and its addition amount were investigated. The content of potassium in potassium citrate particles was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results The linear equation of concentration and absorbance of potassium in the range of 0-1.3 mg / L was A = 0.229 40C-0.000 3, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8 (n = 4), the characteristic concentration was 0.019 mg / L, the recovery was 99.1% 101.4%, RSD was 0.8% (n = 9). Conclusion This method can accurately determine the potassium content of potassium citrate particles, and the operation is simple.
