随着社会经济的快速发展,社会对劳动者的素质也提出了更多要求,而这些都为技工教育提供了明确的发展方向,以致我国的技工教育面临着更多的挑战与问题。作为计划经济的产物,技工教育也曾经面临辉煌,但面临激烈的市场经济体制,技工教育必须加大改革力度,调整自身的发展对策,以适应当前不断变化的市场经济模式。这样才可以获得自身的生存与发展。本文通过介绍技工教育存在的问题,指出了其发展的具体策略与方法。 With the rapid socio-economic development, more demands are placed on the quality of workers by the society. All of these provide a clear direction for the development of mechanic education. As a result, our country’s mechanic education faces more challenges and problems. As a product of planned economy, the mechanic education also faced brilliant. However, faced with fierce market economy system, the mechanics education must intensify the reform and adjust its own development strategy to adapt to the current changing market economy mode. Only in this way can we gain our own survival and development. This paper introduces the problems existing in mechanics education and points out the specific strategies and methods of its development.
