黑龙江省森林资源管理局根据瑞典林学家哈格伦德教授的建议,于1984年在通河、山河屯两林业局建立了132个方阵样地与原有森林连续清查的系统抽样(相隔8×8km)设计进行对比(见图1)。试验数据在VAX小型机上进行了处理。结果表明,方阵无论从蓄积、面积估计,还是时间效率都较原方案好得多。因此1986年及以后的省级森林连续清查体系中,我们设计了部分重复替换系统群团抽样新方案。
According to the suggestion of Swedish forestry professor Hagenlung, the Heilongjiang Provincial Forest Resources Administration set up a systematic sampling of 132 square matrix plots and original forest continuous inventory in 1984 at the two forestry bureaus of Tonghe and Shahe Tuen (separated by 8 × 8km) design comparison (see Figure 1). The test data was processed on a VAX minicomputer. The results show that the square matrix is much better than the original scheme in terms of accumulation, area estimation and time efficiency. Therefore, in 1986 and after the provincial forest continuous inventory system, we designed a partial repeat replacement system cluster sampling new programs.
